The menus

Bailey Bridge Table Table
Enjoy freshly cooked British classics and delicious hot and cold drinks in a relaxed atmosphere with us at the Bailey Bridge. We’re in a great spot in Christchurch, with lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Our team
At the Bailey Bridge we pride ourselves on making sure you have a great meal with us every time. Whether you’re a regular, down in Dorset for your holiday or you’re just passing through, our team will make you feel welcome, relaxed and will be on hand if you need anything to make your meal extra special.

Our location
Our restaurant is named after Sir Donald Bailey, the man who invented the Bailey military bridge that proved vital throughout WW2. In 2007 we rebranded from a Brewers Fayre restaurant to Table Table, which has given us a more modern setting with a more varied menu. We’re sure you’ll appreciate the changes after a meal with us!

Our restaurant is split into sections, we have a wide-open conservatory which is bright and lively, and smaller areas for meet ups and smaller gatherings. We have free Wi-Fi, highchairs, free parking and a really big beer garden. We also have a bar area with a large TV, where we show football matches and anything else our guests want to see.

Why we love Christchurch
After you’ve had a delicious meal with us, there’s so much to see in Christchurch – one of Dorset’s most famous seaside towns and a brilliant place to visit for a weekend break or a beach holiday.

We’re great for travel links through the rest of town, we’re only a three-minute walk from Christchurch station and Christchurch town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. In the town centre you can visit the historic Priory Church or take a walk to the Quayside and enjoy amazing sea views.

If you’re looking for some fantastic places to visit after dinner, try a five-minute drive to Highcliffe Castle. A grade 1 listed building, Highcliffe Castle has a storied history, and its ancient stained-glass windows and medieval French stonework makes the perfect wedding venue or just a great place to spend an afternoon. The grounds around Highcliffe Castle lead through Steamer Point Nature Reserve and right down to the beach.

Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre is a 10-minute drive from us and has gorgeous views of the sea, the Isle of Wight and coastal walks. There’s also paths along Southbourne Beach all the way to Bournemouth Beach, perfect for working off a big meal surrounded by some of the country’s best scenery.

Frequently asked questions

You can’t beat a good burger. At Table Table we serve the Burger Collection, and while every single one of our burgers is delicious, our chef’s favourite is the smothered chicken Burger. That’s golden-fried buttermilk chicken, topped with smoked streaky bacon and cheddar cheese. Our guests love them!

We are, and we happen to one of the best in town! With our Sunday roasts you can choose from hand-carved roast beef, gammon or delicious turkey served with all the trimmings and our signature red wine gravy. You also get unlimited roast potatoes and other extras.

We serve the Premier Inn Breakfast at the Bailey Bridge, and there’s really no better way to start the day. An unlimited selection of the best of an English breakfast. That’s bacon, eggs cooked just how you like them, hash browns, black pudding, toast and plenty more with free tea and coffee.

Not yet, but we do have some great outdoor space and an enclosed garden.

Our team are great with kids and we know our kids’ menu always goes down well with the little ones.
