Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to UK residents excluding employees of Whitbread Group plc, Premier Inn, Whitbread Restaurants, or Costa brands, or anyone professionally connected with thepromotion. 2. This promotion is only open to those responsible for managing sports teams in the UK. 3. Only one entry will be accepted per team. 4. There are 20 prizes available of sports kits with a value of up to £500 per kit. The 20 winning teams will be chosen by a panel of judges at Whitbread after the closing date on Saturday 31st July 2010 and will be notified by Friday 13th August 2010. 5. The prize is a sports kit which will include t-shirts, shorts & socks in the appropriate sizes. T-shirts will be printed with a Table Table logo and the name of the nearest Table Table restaurant. The prize also includes a free 2 course meal plus one free soft drink per person which will be provided at the winners nearest Table Table restaurant at a date mutually agreed by Whitbread and each of the winning teams for a maximum of 15 people. 6. To enter simply complete the Entry Form and hand it in at your local Table Table outlet or at www.tabletable.co.uk. 7. The most interesting and appropriate, unique and original entry, completed in no more than 100 words will win. 8. Only one entry will be accepted per team. 9. Kits will be delivered to the winning teams' local Table Table where there will be a prize giving ceremony. 10. Only the winning entrants will be contacted personally via e-mail and / or telephone. 11. There is no cash alternative. 12. Whitbread's decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into. 13. We are mindful of our data capture obligations and we will only use your data in conjunction with this competition. 14. Whitbread reserves the right to disqualify any submitted entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe such entry may have breached any of these terms and conditions. 15. Entrants must be prepared to take part in any publicity. 16. Whitbread cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized access to submitted entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Whitbread control. 17. Prior to entering the competition, Whitbread recommends that all entrants make contact with their sporting governing body to check that the club being entered into the competition is able to use the Table Table kit under the relevant governing body's guidelines.
